What You Can Do
- Ask any question in plain English — "How do I post a journal entry?", "What is the approval flow for leave?" — and receive a direct, sourced answer instantly.
- The assistant uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) — it finds the most relevant help articles using semantic search and synthesises a clear answer, citing the source so you can read further.
- Semantic matching means the right article is found even when the user's terminology does not match the exact heading in the documentation.
- The knowledge base is indexed from the master help library — all tenants benefit from every new help article added to the system.
- Access the assistant via the ? Help icon in the top navigation bar, available on every page.
