Biztimize Front Desk Management digitalises the inbound package and document handling process — from the moment a courier arrives at reception through dispatch, acknowledgement by the recipient, and optional GRN creation for store-bound deliveries.
What You Can Do
- Log every inbound item — courier name, sender, tracking number, item description, number of pieces, and photos — at the point of receipt.
- Dispatch to the recipient with a single action; the recipient receives an email notification with item details.
- Acknowledge receipt digitally — recipients confirm they have collected their item, giving reception a timestamped proof of delivery. Only own items can be self-acknowledged (object-level security).
- Convert deliveries to Goods Receipt Notes for items destined for the store or warehouse, linking them to Materials Management.
- Run a package log report showing all items by status, courier, or recipient — with average dispatch and collection times.
