What You Can Do
- Submit overtime requests at the employee or manager level, specifying date, hours, and reason — before or after the overtime is worked.
- Route requests through a two-step approval (team lead → HR Manager) so overtime is always sanctioned before it is paid.
- Apply configurable overtime rates (1.5×, 2×, or flat) based on day type (weekday, weekend, holiday).
- Feed approved overtime hours directly into the Payroll engine so no manual adjustments are required at month-end.
